At CRASQI we stand behind our products and want you to have the most pleasant shopping experience. If the size you ordered doesn't work or if you've changed your mind about a particular style, we're happy to pay for the return shipping and issue an exchange or a full a refund.
We just ask that you please keep the following in mind:
Products must be sent back within 10 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, in the condition you received them, with tags attached and in their original box and/or packaging.
You must include any gifts that came with your order, including any bracelet(s) or case(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on orders that were initially shipped outside the US. All products shipped outside the US are considered final sale and as such they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Items on SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we shall issue an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable.
Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender.
Store credit is only valid on www.crasqi.com.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product(s) simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. It's that simple.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we shall issue the exchange or refund within 5 business days which you can use towards your next order on www.crasqi.com
