Return & Exchange Policy
If the size you ordered doesn't work or if you've changed your mind about a particular style, we're happy to pay for the return shipping and issue a store credit which you can use towards your next order on www.crasqi.com.
We just ask that you please keep the following in mind:
- Products must be sent back within 21 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, in the condition you received them, with tags attached and in their original box and/or packaging
- You must include any gifts that came with your order, including any bracelet(s) or case(s)
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit or refunds on orders that were initially shipped outside the US. All products shipped outside the US are considered final sale and as such they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- Items on SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Once your return is received and inspected by us, we shall issue store credit within 5 business days which you can use towards your next order on www.crasqi.com
- All shipping and handling charges, gift cards and store credit are nonrefundable
- Please keep in mind that we don't offer refunds on orders placed on crasqi.com
- Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender
- Store credit is only valid on www.crasqi.com
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product(s) simply send us an email to email@example.com with your reason for return and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. It's that simple.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we shall issue store credit within 5 business days which you can use towards your next order on www.crasqi.com
Crasqi reserves the right to change it’s Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy at any time and without notice unless notice is required by law. Any such changes will be posted and readily available at www.crasqi.com.
